Purple Heart Limo operates on a flat-rate, pre-booked model. Because we assign specific vehicles and drivers to your booking and decline other bookings for that slot, cancellations affect our operations directly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

The following event types have modified cancellation terms due to the demand nature of the booking windows:
Wedding transportation bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Prom bookings follow standard cancellation terms, with a 20% non-refundable deposit required at booking. Given that prom season is our highest-demand window, we strongly recommend booking early and planning carefully before reserving.
Event-week bookings require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive a 75% refund.
We understand plans change. Rescheduling is treated differently from cancellation:
Our commitment: If we ever need to cancel your booking — due to a mechanical issue or an emergency — you receive a full refund immediately, no questions asked. We maintain backup vehicle options for exactly this reason, so a cancellation from our side is extremely rare.
In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, or other force majeure conditions that make safe transportation impossible, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty or refunded at 100%. Safety is always the priority. Call us immediately if you have concerns about weather on your event date.
