Welcome to Purple Heart Limo. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — we've written them in plain English because we're a Texan-owned company that believes in straight talk.
Purple Heart Limo provides luxury ground transportation services in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and surrounding Texas markets. By making a reservation with us, you agree to these terms and our pricing as quoted at time of booking.
Our commitment to you: The price quoted is the price you pay. All-inclusive means all-inclusive — gratuity, tolls, fuel surcharges, everything. We don't do surprise fees. Ever.
A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Purple Heart Limo. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. We confirm every booking within one hour during business hours.
Payment terms vary by service type and are provided at time of booking. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. All payment information is processed securely through our booking platform partners.
All quoted prices are all-inclusive and final unless you add services, additional stops, or extend hourly time beyond what was originally booked. No fuel surcharges, no tolls billed separately, no gratuity added at checkout. What we quote is what you pay.
For weddings, proms, and other special events booked more than 30 days in advance, cancellation policies may differ. Full terms are provided at booking confirmation. See our Cancellation Policy for complete details.
In the extremely rare event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund and make every reasonable effort to find alternative transportation for you.
For airport pickups, we track your flight automatically using the flight number provided. We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your actual landing time at no charge. This covers virtually every standard delay scenario. If your wait extends beyond 60 minutes, additional charges may apply at the hourly rate.
Please ensure your flight number is correctly entered at booking. Purple Heart Limo is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from incorrect flight information.
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Purple Heart Limo reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if passengers engage in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during their ride, including but not limited to stains, broken fixtures, or other damage requiring repair or cleaning. Cleaning fees start at $250 and vary by severity.
Adults 21 and over may consume alcohol in our vehicles. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking — no exceptions, ever. Our chauffeurs have full authority to end a ride if this policy is violated. This is non-negotiable.
All Purple Heart Limo vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for smoking violations.
Purple Heart Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to deliver on-time service and will communicate proactively if delays are anticipated.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including missed flights (we strongly recommend booking airport transfers with sufficient time margin).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas (or the county where the service was performed).
