We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including holidays, World Cup match nights, and New Year's Eve (especially New Year's Eve). You can contact us anytime to make a reservation or speak with a representative.

Never. Unlike rideshare apps that can charge 4-5x during events, Purple Heart Limo uses flat rates that never change based on demand, time of day, weather, or special events. The price you see when you book is exactly what you pay. Period. Full stop. No asterisk.

You can book anytime using our online booking system (Moovs), by calling (833) 740-0700, texting us, via WhatsApp, or by filling out our contact form. We confirm every reservation within 5 minutes during normal hours.

Yes. When your chauffeur is en route and when they arrive, you'll receive an automated SMS with their name, phone number, and vehicle details including make, model, and license plate. You can also request this information earlier via email if preferred.

Industry standard is 15-20%. For your convenience, our suggested gratuity is already included in our all-inclusive rates — you won't be surprised at the end of your ride. This can be adjusted at your discretion.

When booking you'll put a credit or debit card on file — this is the preferred method. We also accept cash (must be collected before loading) and checks (must be received 4 business days before the event). No upfront payment required for standard airport transfers.

Absolutely. All Purple Heart Limo chauffeurs are drug tested upon hire and randomly thereafter. We pull annual motor vehicle records and conduct full background checks. As a Texan-owned company, we hold our team to military-grade standards of conduct and professionalism.

Yes! Sedans and SUVs come stocked with chilled bottled water, phone chargers, and Wi-Fi. Limos and Sprinters additionally include ice, glassware, champagne flutes, cups, and premium napkins with full music and lighting control panels. Buses include bottled water.

Yes — you can bring any beverages or snacks you'd like, and we can even arrange purchases ahead of time. We do maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. If our chauffeur observes or suspects underage drinking, the ride may be terminated for everyone's safety.

No. Our rates are all-inclusive — tolls, gratuity, fuel, and standard fees are built in. The only potential extra charge is if you use more time than your scheduled booking, which is charged at the same quoted rate with no surcharge.

Yes. Purple Heart Limo carries full commercial liability insurance coverage on all vehicles. We are fully licensed and insured in Texas.

We serve all major Texas airports: Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS), George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), and William P. Hobby (HOU). We also handle private FBO and terminal pickups. City-to-city transfers between Austin, Dallas, and Houston are also available.

Yes! Our standard airport arrival service includes your chauffeur meeting you inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. For international flights, they meet you outside the customs exit. This service is included in our airport transfer rates at no additional charge.

We track every flight in real-time using live flight data. If your plane lands early, your driver adjusts. If it's delayed, we wait — up to 60 minutes complimentary for arrivals. After 60 minutes, additional wait time may be charged at the standard rate. You'll never be stranded at baggage claim with Purple Heart.

Contact us as soon as you know and we'll reschedule at no penalty with at least 3 hours' notice. We understand travel disruptions happen and we work with you, not against you.

For airport transfers, 24-48 hours advance is recommended. For weddings, proms, and special events, book 4-8 weeks ahead as vehicles fill up fast. For World Cup 2026 matches, book immediately — we're filling up fast for the Argentina games and the Semifinal. We can book up to 12 months in advance.

Cancellations 24+ hours before your scheduled pickup are completely free. Within 24 hours may result in a charge up to the full reservation amount. A 20% non-refundable deposit applies to special event bookings (weddings, proms, stretch limos). Cancellations within 7 days of a special event may result in the full balance being charged.

For standard airport transfers and hourly bookings: no deposit required. For special events (weddings, proms, stretch limo bookings): a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle. The remainder is charged the day before your event.

Due to high demand for stretch limos on Saturday evenings, we limit point-to-point limo reservations to be completed by 3pm and back in the general area, so we can prepare for the next reservation. For Saturday night events, hourly bookings are recommended.

Yes! We can arrange birthday packages with red carpet, balloons, and champagne for an additional fee. Just let us know at booking what you'd like and we'll make it happen. We also do quinceañera coordination, sweet 16 packages, and anniversary specials.

Absolutely. We serve AT&T Stadium, American Airlines Center, Moody Center, Toyota Center, NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Park, and all major Texas venues. We drop you at the entrance and wait for you — no parking, no Uber surge after the game. For the World Cup 2026, book early as those dates are filling fast.

Yes — our hourly car service is perfect for Texas Hill Country wine tours, Austin brewery hops, and custom multi-stop tours. We provide a dedicated chauffeur for the duration so everyone in the group can fully enjoy without worrying about driving.
